I'm not sure which tile type to order. What do I do?
Please see The Technology page. This page gives details of each of the tile types and their suggested uses. There is even a link to order sample tiles so you can see the tiles that you are interested in! How long does it take to receive my mural?
If you order a mural directly from the on-line store, the mural will ship in 15 - 20 business days. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

How do the tiles arrive?
The tiles are all numbered on the back with a grid number - a grid layout is also given explaining the simple numbering system. Depending on the size of the project, the tiles are double boxed or the tiles are wrapped in bubble wrap and then boxed.

Are the murals returnable?
No. Every mural is made to order and they are not returnable. In the rare occasion that there is a defect in the mural, we will fix the defect for you.
